In today’s world of accelerating change, success requires that you constantly expand your leadership capacity in order to thrive in new circumstances, no matter what.

How can you go about this? You can expand your leadership capacity by adopting a lifelong-learner mindset and by systematically enhancing your leadership capabilities, leadership interactions, and decision-making processes. We will explore these dimensions in a fastpaced, interactive, and thought-provoking workshop that recognizes the diverse set of experiences and learning preferences that each participant brings. The workshop will offer a wide range of key concepts, approaches, and pragmatic tools, and let you experience some of them first hand through lecture, video, self-reflection, paired and small group exercises, role playing, and games.

After a successful career in finance, she spent ten years with McKinsey & Company where she helped senior executive teams around the world solve such key problems as strategy, organizational design, and merger management and align around a plan of action.
