The Online Writer's Studio
The Online Writer's Studio makes it easy to take online courses taught by instructors from Stanford's writing community. Thanks to the flexibility of the online format, these courses are designed to fit in to your schedule. You can log in to our classes from any computer with Internet access, anywhere and at any time.
Our online writing courses are presented in a clear, straightforward format and contain the elements you look for in a live class, including writing lessons and exercises, as well as feedback from an experienced instructor and fellow students.
Courses are open to all adults, and we encourage all levels of writers to enroll. Whether you are just starting out, or finishing up your novel, you will find a course suited to your level of experience.
