The most important thing you need to know about executive presence is that it's not just about what you say or how you look but about how you make others feel. Your ability to inspire faith, build relationships, and connect with people personally is what truly sets a leader apart. Developing executive presence isn't optional; it's crucial for professional success, whether you are working in an office, hybrid, or fully remote. It involves projecting confidence, authenticity, and credibility in your interactions with others. Yet few people know how to develop these skills, and even fewer know how to master them. This course covers the essential elements of executive presence and strategies for creating a unique, personal approach using three distinct learning modules:
Module 1: Increasing Self-Awareness and Managing Emotions. Learn to increase self-awareness, manage emotions, and ground yourself in high-pressure situations. We'll explore how internal stories, imposter syndrome, and ego can impact executive presence.
Module 2: Influencing the Opinions of Others. Discover the importance of framing, storytelling, and putting the focus on others. Learn how to read the room, better understand your role in the story, shift perceptions of key stakeholders, and practice skills to help you manage anxiety on performance day.
Module 3: Developing Executive Presence. Acquire practical strategies to improve communication, body language, and overall presence. Build credibility and influence, and establish a leadership presence that inspires others by leading by example, communicating effectively, and demonstrating results.
