Successful delivery of a product or service often comes down to the skills of a project manager. Unforeseen events can put the timeline and budget at risk, and that means effective managers must be adept at managing change. This introductory course is designed for students who wish to increase their project management skills and learn effective strategies for dealing with change and uncertainty. The course will examine the major program management frameworks, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid, by studying case studies, common mistakes, and lessons learned from various industries. We will begin with a foundational exploration of core disciplines (e.g., risk analysis, stakeholder management, and lean project planning), followed by a deeper dive into how these concepts can be applied to specific industries and situations. By the end of this course, you will have mastered practical strategies for managing projects and change, which you can apply across various sectors.

This introductory course is designed for those new to project management or anyone working on a project team.
